On Thursday, March 22, Dinesh Melwani will join a six-person panel of in-house counsel, outside counsel, and administrative patent judges to address how to use the ex parte process, including reexaminations, to make a portfolio stronger and more litigation safe. The discussion will center around the appellate function of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) and provide practitioners with tips on how to get appeals through the PTAB more efficiently and effectively.
