Biography
Livia Carmody’s practice focuses on supporting patent prosecution efforts at BoMc. Before joining the firm, Livia had a variety of internships ranging from hands-on laboratory research to environmental health and safety regulation. After attending a guest lecture of partner Jameson Ma, she discovered a love for patent law and that is what brought her to BoMc.
Prior to her career in law, Livia attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she studied Chemistry. While there she participated in extensive medicinal chemistry research projects culminating in a publication. Currently, she is in the midst of submitting law school applications.
