Thara Russell was recently made Chairperson of the PTAB Bar Association Diversity Committee. She will lead the association’s efforts to encourage diversity of thought and perspective through recruitment and retention of diverse lawyers, agents, and law students.
Resulting from the collaboration of 50 leading law firms, the PTAB Bar Association was formed in the wake of the American Invents Act (AIA) to improve the stature of the PTAB legal profession and to serve as an avenue for constructive dialogue between the bar community, the PTAB, and other stakeholders.
