On Monday, October 15, Dinesh Melwani will join a panel of stakeholders to discuss Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) in the workplace and share personal experiences and contributions fostering D&I within respective organizations. Specifically, they will explore:
- what D&I experts and attorneys have done at respective employers to bring awareness to D&I;
- how to earn a seat at the table if you do not already have one;
- how you can contribute at any level at our organization/firm and how you can assist in changing behaviors at your respective firm; and
- the small things you can do without a budget to push the D&I agenda forward.
