On Tuesday, July 31, Dinesh Melwani will interview Chief Judge David Ruschke during an afternoon session titled, “Interview with the Chief,” at the PTAB Judicial Conference in Dallas, TX. They will explore recent developments and future potential changes at the PTAB.
The PTAB has put together a day-long interactive program that will allow judges and practitioners to learn from each other during small group discussions on written and oral advocacy, patent eligible subject matter, and motions to amend. The conference will be held at the Meadows Conference Center from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT. There is no cost to attend and registration is not required. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
