Kirsten brings over a decade of patent experience in strategic portfolio management for diverse areas of technology, from the life sciences to nanotechnology and materials. She works with innovators to develop forward-looking strategies in-line with their business objectives, employing expedited prosecution strategies, patentability assessments, and freedom-to-operate and due diligence analyses. Kirsten leverages particular expertise in chemistry and biotech to advise companies on IP strategies that support R&D investment and the development of new therapeutic products and methods. She routinely coordinates with patent firms across the globe to help clients obtain robust patent protection in the United States and abroad.
