Ms. Dittmar represents clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters, including strategic patent counseling, portfolio development, IP transactions, and post-issuance proceedings at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (PTO). Ms. Dittmar also has been involved in over twenty patent litigations before U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
