Les Bookoff will speak at the Medical Device and Diagnostic IP & Patent Strategy Conference in Arlington, VA on March 9, 2015. He will be joined by Jaime Kemler, VP Intellectual Property of Stryker, as they discuss IP issues within industry-academic research partnerships, including:
- Trends in university/medical device industry interaction;
- Understanding differences in mission and objectives of the organizations; and
- How those differences can affect IP ownership, prosecution, publication, and other issues.
