Kirsten Johnson is one of Managing IP’s 2023 Top 250 Women in IP. Kirsten is one of just 61 IP professionals to be recognized in the United States. She is also the first woman in the firm’s young history to be named to this prestigious list.

Les Bookoff says, “Kirsten is a skilled and knowledgeable attorney and a joy to work with. Over the years, she has developed into a trusted counselor of our clients. This distinction is well-deserved and confirms what I’ve known for a long time.”

Kirsten leads BoMc’s Chemistry & Biotechnology practice group and serves on the board of the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness (IDEA) Committee.

Managing IP’s Top 250 Women in IP list, launched in 2013, recognizes some of the senior female IP practitioners in private practice who have performed exceptionally for their clients and firms in the past year. The practitioners recognized in this publication are selected from the IP Stars list for the year. When deciding who to select for the Top 250 Women in IP publication, Managing IP’s research analysts took account of all the available research information, especially data from firm questionnaire and surveys, obtained for the IP STARS rankings and Managing IP Awards program. They also selected individuals based on their own independent research findings.
