BoMc has been named a nominee for “Inclusive Firm of the Year” at the Chambers Diversity & Inclusion Awards: North America 2020. BoMc joins a distinguished selection of firms, organizations, and individuals at the forefront of diversity and inclusion within the legal profession.
Reacting to the firm being selected, Les Bookoff says, “I am proud of how everyone at our organization takes it upon themselves to ask how we can continue to make BoMc a more welcoming and supportive place for all.” He notes a recently-formed, employee-led initiative, called the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Awareness (IDEA) Committee, aims to help the firm keep an ongoing dialogue about these issues.
The 2020 awards will be announced virtually this year on Thursday, September 24, at 2pm ET with an awards ceremony celebrating the key achievements within the market.
