BoMc is pleased to announce that it has been named a 2021 Best Place to Work by the Washington Business Journal (WBJ). Despite a record number of submissions and the annual list being paired down from 110 companies to just 75 this year, BoMc is one of only two law firms in the area to earn this distinction.

“We are humbled to be included in this year’s WBJ rankings,” says Les Bookoff. “Being one of DC’s Best Places to Work is an honor. It is a testament to our team’s values and a reflection of our culture. We will continue to listen, learn, and take proactive steps to create an environment of appreciation, compassion, and encouragement.”

Winners are selected based off of the results of anonymous surveys administered to all eligible employees at submitting organizations. Companies must meet a high minimum completion threshold to qualify for consideration (e.g., 85% for an organization of BoMc’s size).

The WBJ will reveal the rankings of this year’s honorees as well as celebrate its three HR Impact Award Honorees virtually on Thursday, May 20 at 12 pm ET. A live panel discussion will follow.
