Biography

Siddhu Anandalingam’s practice focuses on patent prosecution. Siddhu brings a meticulous and innovative approach to his work, skillfully drafting and prosecuting patent applications toward successful allowance across a diverse array of technical disciplines, including the mechanical, computer, food science, and apparel spaces.

Before joining BoMc, Siddhu served as a judicial law clerk at the Massachusetts Appeals Court for Justice Gabrielle Wolohojian, who now sits on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. In this role, he conducted in-depth legal research and helped to draft judicial opinions spanning complex civil and criminal matters.

During law school, Siddhu was a member of the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic, where he provided strategic guidance to MIT graduate students on patent protection strategies and emerging FinTech issues. He also served as an editor of Boston University’s Journal of Science and Technology Law, contributing to a published article that analyzed minority shareholder interests at technology companies.

Siddhu graduated from Columbia University with a degree in chemical engineering and a minor in music.
