Biography
James Rha advises foreign and domestic clients on obtaining patent protection, with an emphasis on patent procurement and related counseling. James has significant experience in all aspects of patent prosecution, from drafting applications to appealing cases before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). James helps clients of all sizes, ranging from startups and universities to Fortune 500 companies, in obtaining patent protection for their inventions.
Prior to joining BoMc, James was an attorney at a nationally recognized intellectual property boutique in the greater Atlanta area.
