On Thursday, February 2, from 2-3:15 p.m., Dinesh N. Melwani, will lead a session on advanced topics in IP licensing and valuation at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Mid-Winter Institute. Experts from around the country will provide their insights on:
- differences between licensing support and damages analysis;
- use/misuse of patent purchase price in patent infringement damages analysis;
- sublicensing; and
- takeaways from recent cases.
